CANCELLATIONS Cancellations must be done 48 hours before appointment time. If given less than 48 hours, deposit is forfeited and new deposit is required to book again. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of initial service! REFUNDS If you have concerns with any service you received, please contact me within 48 hours. NO REFUNDS ARE OFFERED. If you have an allergic reaction, removal will be offered free of charge to you. NO CALL/NO SHOWS I reserve the right to charge a fee to the credit card on file totaling 75% of the initial service. BOOKING My booking site will require a card to hold your appointment. It's in place a cancellation/no show fee is necessary. TIME Lash services can range from 2-4 hours. I will take the alloted time needed to do your lashes the proper way. Being rushed may result in retention issues.
